HAN Capital is a real estate investment firm that invests in self storage, senior housing, multi family properties, and manufactured housing communities.
We invest in niche industries where our experience, resources and out-of-the-box approach allow us to deliver outstanding risk adjusted returns to our partners.
We seek value add and off market investment opportunities. We favor a long term investment horizon and look to create lasting alliances with exceptional entrepreneurs who want to take their business to the next level.
We are able to swiftly underwrite large and complex deals providing quick answers to our partners, lenders and other parties. Since inception, we’ve participated in over $200 million worth of real estate investments.
We seek passionate and visionary entrepreneurs within the senior housing, self-storage and real estate service industries. We place honesty, fairness and transparency as core values of our company. A deal is always a deal – regardless if it’s on paper or on a handshake.
We constantly refine our investment methods, challenge our assumptions and believe in lifelong learning. We identify trends, perform rigorous due diligence and stay singularly focused on our investment’s intrinsic value and its margin of safety.
We have gotten to where we are because our people are challenged and inspired to push beyond what is expected of them. We are always looking for ambitious, curious and fun people to join our team. We are committed to a diverse workplace because we know that great foresight comes from diverse perspectives.
